Their product was an Internet receiver and service delivered over customers' good-old, familiar, existing TV and phone. Anyone could be emailing and using the Internet in just minutes.

We appealed to their desire to stay in touch. Our spots reminded people that most of their friends and family had email, and that they were being left out. MSN TV offered them a new, easy, affordable way to keep up to date – with technology, with information, and most importantly, with their loved ones.
